The Lowry Halloween Festival will be on Saturday, October 27th 3:30-5:30 pm in the Lowry Town Center.  Featuring trick-or-treating and fun kid’s activities including the mini-train, pumpkin painting, magician and balloon artist. This event is brought to you by the Lowry Town Center and the LCMA.
