The Lowry Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization committed to enhancing the public spaces and creating a sense of community for Lowry. The Lowry Foundation enriches the quality of life and spaces in the Lowry community through programs of artistic, cultural, educational, historical, recreational and scientific value.
The Foundation was created in 1998 and its projects have included celebrations of Lowry’s past and future, public art and transit art to enhance public spaces, a community grant program to fund Lowry projects, the preservation of the Eisenhower Chapel and other historic sites. Volunteering for and donating to the Lowry Foundation is a great way to benefit the Lowry community.
The Foundation’s Board of Directors is made up of volunteers who are Lowry residents, business owners, city officials and other community leaders.
